Regensburg: The Complete New Build
At the MVZ Medical Centre in Regensburg, I was able to lead the development of a completely new nuclear medicine department. From zero to full operation – planning rooms, selecting equipment, developing processes, and building a team. A challenge that demanded both vision and attention to detail in equal measure.
Straubing: Structural Consultation and Optimisation
Five years later, the MVZ in Straubing faced different problems: the department was running, but not optimally. This was about fine-tuning – streamlining processes, optimising workflows, developing the team further. Classic structural consultation for greater efficiency.
Straubing: New Building and Fresh Start
After a relocation and the construction of the new nuclear medicine department in Straubing, my expertise was needed again. New rooms, new gamma camera, new possibilities – but also the challenge of adapting proven workflows to new circumstances.
The Result
Three different projects, consistent success. Both locations now operate with 30% shorter examination times, 18% increased private revenue, and 90% equipment utilisation from day one.

As part of her role, Ms Moersler played a key part in the successful planning, implementation, and commissioning of an ELISA laboratory at the Bad Kissingen location. The project implementation encompassed both the technical setup of the laboratory – including equipment selection, room organisation, and compliance with applicable hygiene and safety requirements – as well as the development of standardised workflows for conducting ELISA examinations.
Ms Moersler demonstrated a high degree of professional competence, organisational talent, and personal responsibility. A particular focus was on training the laboratory team on-site, which she independently designed and conducted. She impressed with her clear and structured knowledge transfer, patience in handling queries, and her ability to convey complex content in a practical manner. Through her support, all staff members could be quickly and safely introduced to the new procedures.
With her commitment and professionalism, Ms Moersler contributed decisively to ensuring the project was realised on time, efficiently, and to a high standard. Her dedication has sustainably contributed to the successful establishment of the new laboratory.”
