Jolanta Moersler – 25+ Years with Heart & Vision

For over 25 years, I’ve been deeply rooted in nuclear medicine: as a specialist consultant, technical lead, practice developer, and passionate mentor for medical professionals.

Those of you who still remember the darkroom probably have a smile on your face right now. 😊 In 1993, I gained my first experience with a PET scanner and cyclotron in Berlin – a time that shaped me profoundly.

With passion, reliability, and technical depth, I commit to every practice as if it were my own. I believe in clear structures, genuine collaboration, and that together we can achieve more. My focus is always forward-looking – with discipline, experience, and the firm determination to create sustainable improvements.

Today I support practices across Europe through digital transformations, equipment transitions, staff changes, and economic challenges. What hasn’t changed: my commitment to structures that work. Teams that are allowed to grow. Systems that reduce costs rather than increase them.

Regensburg: The Complete New Build

At the MVZ Medical Centre in Regensburg, I was able to lead the development of a completely new nuclear medicine department. From zero to full operation – planning rooms, selecting equipment, developing processes, and building a team. A challenge that demanded both vision and attention to detail in equal measure.

Straubing: Structural Consultation and Optimisation

Five years later, the MVZ in Straubing faced different problems: the department was running, but not optimally. This was about fine-tuning – streamlining processes, optimising workflows, developing the team further. Classic structural consultation for greater efficiency.

Straubing: New Building and Fresh Start

After a relocation and the construction of the new nuclear medicine department in Straubing, my expertise was needed again. New rooms, new gamma camera, new possibilities – but also the challenge of adapting proven workflows to new circumstances.

But that’s not all: In another practice, I was able to support an even more impressive transformation over 11 years. From 1,761 to 6,269 examinations – an increase of 256%. Cardiac diagnostics literally exploded: +2,833% in 11 years. Eight specialist areas were systematically built up and optimised.
